A 2015 study (11) revealed that office workers who used dynamic desks had an average heart rate 7.5 beats per minute lower than those who used traditional desks.
A 2016 study (12) also showed that the use of dynamic desks reduced blood pressure in office workers. On average, the users of sit-stand desks had a systolic blood pressure that was 3.4 mm Hg lower than that of traditional desk user.
